IRENE RUSOKE is a member of the Commission. She is a Lawyer, Educationist, and a School Proprietor. She is the Principle of Orchard International Christian School. She has vast experience in the education sphere including the development of varied curricula, training students with special needs and homeschooling. She was a member of a curriculum development team on materials for Uganda with the Accelerated Education Enterprise Team in South Africa. She has served as an external examiner for the International Certificate of Christian Education.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Makerere University, Uganda.
