PRISCA BOONABANTU is the Secretary of the Commission. She is a Public Administrator. She recently was, the Under Secretary in the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development. She also served as Under Secretary in the Cabinet Secretariat in the Office of the President of Uganda; and in the Ministry of Health. She has served in various capacities in several ministries – Agriculture, Local Government, Finance, Industry and Technology.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and Management, Uganda Management Institute; a Bachelor’s Degree of Arts in Social Sciences from Makerere University, Kampala. She also has a Certificate in Administrative Law from the Law Development Centre, Makerere University, Kampala.
