JACKLYN ARINAITWE is a member of the Commission. She is an Economist, a Researcher and Policy Analyst. She is the Director of Ace Policy Research Institute – a research, advisory, and consultancy firm. She has diverse work experience, having worked with think tanks and academic institutions on socio-economic issues, education policy, economic empowerment, employment creation, public expenditure governance, and sustainable development.

She holds a Doctorate in Economic Policy and Development from the University of Kentucky, USA. She also has a Master's Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Alabama, USA.
