YUSUF NSUBUGA is a member of the Commission. He currently works as an international Educational Consultant. He is the Vice Chairperson of Uganda Network on Law, Ethics and HIV/AIDS. He is the former Director for Basic and Secondary Education in the Uganda’s Ministry of Education and Sports.

He holds a Doctorate Degree in Education Leadership from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University, South Africa; a Master’s Degree in Education Administration and Planning; and a Bachelors of Arts in Economics and Rural Economy from Makerere University, Uganda.
